23 July 2010 Getting back down to business this weekend in the studio, adding the final touches and cuts to the monumental bastard that is 'Nightshade', also finalising 'Nazi Moon Base' which despite the title, has been a joy to work with. More soon. 16 July 2010 Just had a listen to a very rough sequence edit of 'The Ninth Configuration LP', weighing in at a trim 41:30. Madds is working hard at the cuts, 'Coup De Grace' is in the can, more work on 'Nightshade' and 'Nazi Moon Base' this week. More soon. 13 July 2010 Work on the album resumes today in the studio, wrapping up Coup De Grace and Nightshade with some possible headway into Nazi Moon Base on the horizon. More soon. 06 July 2010 After another 12 hours in the studio on Saturday, 'Coup De Grace' is all but finalised, 'Nightshade' got a serious re-working. More soon. 10 June 2010 Finalising, and Madds is adding cuts to PrImer and Drop The Bottle EP today, plus what ever else EQ & FX work we can get done on the other tracks from the LP. Me and Madds are back in the studio on Thursday for the SoundFX / EQ session, which leaves Friday and Saturday free for World Cup madness! More soon. 06 June 2010 What a day... all vocal work is now officially wrapped on The Ninth Configuration LP, 'Uninvited Guest' and 'Prevues' are both in the bag and sounding rather mighty - and I even got Madds to sing! The web exclusive track 'PrImer' will be available for download at the Brubaker site from Sunday 13 June, and the stills video will be available to view from Monday 14 June on YouTube and Vimeo. The EP will get an official release date as will the LP some time this week, plus news of the first lot of gigs, which we hope will start in late August. Next weekend, we are adding sound fx and cuts, before mastering and finalising all tracks the following weekend. The final remix for the Drop The Bottle EP by Dub From Atlantis is literally hours away, and official release dates for both will be published on Facebook, Reverbnation, Vimeo, MySpace, Flickr, Bebo, LastFM and the Brubaker website straight after we wrap up - along with a little teaser to keep everyone in the loop.
